Your IT network is the technological heart of your business and must be fit for purpose at all times.  It requires regular maintenance and support to perform at its optimum efficiency and effectiveness.

The ongoing support of a network generally falls into one of the following areas:

• Regular maintenance and light administration tasks
• Periodic maintenance and reconfiguration of the network

At PoleStar we take a fresh approach to supporting your network. We believe that a lot of the regular maintenance tasks can be undertaken by you. We will train and educate you so that you are confident in tackling these tasks, keeping the cost of IT support to a minimum.

We are, of course, always available for support over the telephone, by email or on-site, should you require help.

We would recommend that a more in-depth maintenance visit by us be scheduled periodically when we will audit the vital areas of your systems and network according to a predefined policy.
